Welcome to esquaredspace.com. A personal ecommerce/portfolio website that sell products that are made personally as an interest. This website also acts as Esquared’s architecture portfolio works from undergraduate and postgraduate level. It is public for viewers to have a look and refer to. Do not hesitate to contact me for more information on both, portfolio and the products I sell. Below is a set of terms and condition on buying my products. Hope it can guide you through the rules I put for purchasing transactions.

Content. The contents are property of Esquared Space. With the purchase you made, it is allowable for you to post content outside of assets for sale, such as profile information, screenshots, comments, images, files, and other content or information. However, if the contents that I posted are free, or available for download especially images (with or without logo), please credit them with this citation. Esquared Lego / Esquared Space.
Payment Information. All information that you provide in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction interaction with the service must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other payment method used in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction interaction with the service at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. Returns. For the return of items, you will need to provide your own arrangements to send the item back, and at your own cost.

Disclaimer.
The information contained on Esquared Space is from a personal creative hobby and works done in my studies as a portfolio. The Lego instructions and videos are all the creations that I have done in my free time which may have been built by others or any Lego fans. This website is a sharing space as well as an opportunity for me to expand my creative personal works. I assume no responsibility for errors, omissions or even similar builds of other Lego builders in the contents on the service which I may not aware of. The Architectural portfolio is a collection of architecture works from architectural studies which include existing building precedents and case studies.
